Bracebridge's Deputy Mayor Rick Maloney says a meeting's being planned between the Bracebridge Arts Council (BAC) and Town officials to talk money. Specifically, BAC members will meet with Mayor Graydon Smith, CAO John Sisson and Treasurer Carol Wakefield about money still owed to the Town for construction of the Rene M. Caisse Theatre. In the meantime, Maloney says the BAC is developing a business plan. He says it’s hoped the meeting will provide the arts council with a better understanding of where the Town stands in regards to the Rene Caisse.
