A wet spring has brought us a healthy batch of biting bugs.  As I compared biting and swarming stories this morning with Jenn Rock (she's new to Blackflies and is yet to encounter Deer and Horse flies), I happened upon an article from Penny Caldwell and the gang at Cottage Life Magazine about warding off 5 cottage bugs.  It's a great little reminder for the Veteran bug swatters and an excellent guide to survival for the Newbies.  Enjoy!
