Think you or your band has what it takes to perform during the G8 Summit? Well here's your chance. Musicians in Muskoka and Parry Sound can try out to open for the headline act at the international youth Summit this June. There will be youth from all the G8 countries there and you'll get paid for the gig!

Here are the requirements to audition
-Must be a resident of Muskoka or Parry Sound
-Must bring proof of residence to audition
-Must be able to fill a 20-30 minute set
-Must have at least one original song
-Solo musicians or full bands of any age welcome
-Must be available to play the night of June 25 th (venue to be determined)

Audition details
-Friday, February 12 at the Algonquin Theatre 37 Main Street, Huntsville 3:00 p.m. - 8 p.m.
-perform at least one song and speak about yourself and/or your band Pre-register by Thursday February 11 th 2010at 12:00p.m.
