Once again, the Town of Huntsville is supporting Purple Day on March 26th for Epilepsy Awareness Month. More people have epilepsy than multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy and parkinson’s combined. Residents are encouraged to raise awareness and join Councilors and town staff in wearing purple next Friday. There will also be a fundraiser on March 26th at the Huntsville Place mall. Purple violets will be sold for just $5.00 with proceeds going to support Epilepsy Ontario. Call 789-7956 to pre-order purple violets. Hurry, there’s a limited supply!
