No charges will be laid against OPP officers after a 38-year-old woman died when she crashed her car while fleeing from officers near Parry Sound. The Special Investigations Unit says police were acting accordingly when trying to stop Liza Charbonneau because she was driving in a ``reckless manner'' that endangered others. In the incident, the woman sped away when an OPP officer tried to pulle her on Highway 69 on April 8th. The woman eluded police for nearly an hour by veering into oncoming lanes to avoid spike belts. Charbonneau was killed when she hit a police SUV.
