 The Tory MPP for Nipissing says the McGuinty Liberals missed a great chance to create jobs in Wednesday's budget.   Vic Fedeli says instead of dropping like they were supposed to, corporate taxes will rise to 11.5 percent on July 1^st. Fedeli says this is the wrong way to go because lower taxes prompt businesses to create jobs not higher taxes.   The tax hike was one of several demands the NDP made of the Liberal minority government in return for supporting the budget.
