Moose FM CFSF 99.3 - Sturgeon Falls

A North Bay man has been charged after he used a baseball bat to damage his apartment and threaten another person.  It happened Wednesday when a passing police officer was flagged down by people on McIntyre who told him what was going on.  The officer went inside the apartment, drew his gun and that allowed the other person being threatened to leave.  After a short while the officer convinced the man to drop the bat.  The 50-year-old is charged with assault with a weapon, mischief and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace.
