Moose FM CFSF 99.3 - Sturgeon Falls

A First Nation will continue its fight to stop Cliffs Natural Resources from building a road or rail line at the Ring of Fire.  The Ontario Mining Commission wouldn’t approve the request from the Neskantaga First Nation to stop the road.  However it did say the First Nation must be consulted on the issue and that’s expected to involve the Ministry of Natural Resources.  Meanwhile the First Nation’s lawyers are reviewing the mining commission’s decision to see if there are grounds for an appeal.
