Moose FM CFSF 99.3 - Sturgeon Falls

More than 1,500 showed up for the annual West Nipissing Kids Safe Halloween Wednesday evening.  The event has been going on for 18 years and by far this was the most heavily attended.  Along with the kids there were 300 parents or guardians.
