Throughout the month of January Partners Billiards and Bowling will be donating 25 cents from every paid shoe rental to the Canadian Cancer Society in the Second Annual KNOCKDOWN CANCER Campaign.

Partners Billiards and Bowling will be joined by participating Bowl Canada member centres across the country as bowling steps up in the fight for life.

Funds raised through the Campaign will be donated to the CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY in support of lifesaving cancer research. Partners Billiards and Bowling invites everyone to join the fight for life.

The Women's Own Resource Centre (WORC) Board is currently seeking volunteer candidates for positions on its Board of Directors. The mission of the Women's Own Resource Centre is to provide women with opportunities and choices to achieve success.

Meetings are held in South River at the Centre, on the third Wednesday of every month.
