True North Recognized for Conserving Energy

Hits

True North Chevrolet is conserving energy and getting paid for it. North Bay Hydro presented the dealership with a cheque for over $5300 for retrofitting with high efficiency equipment. On top of the rebate, True North can look forward to huge savings in the future. The approximate annual electricity cost savings is $5000 lasting for 25,000 hours (roughly 6 years). COO of North Bay Hydro Todd Wilcox says True North sets a great example for other businesses in the city to get on board with this energy conservation program. True North is also in the process of setting up a third charging station for electric cars, like the Volt.
