Nipissing University is having a party to celebrate its 20th anniversary as an independent university. And what's a celebration without cake…or in this case, cupcakes. University staff, faculty and students will be all over the community on October 25th giving out about 2000 cupcakes. All the festivities conclude with an anniversary party on November 29th up on campus and everyone's welcome. It's free.
