Time of use electricity pricing for the winter months kicks in November 1st. Off-peak hours run from 7:00pm to 7:00am weekdays and all day on weekends and holidays. Mid-peak hours are 11:00am to 5:00pm weekdays. There's an increase of on-peak hours of 0.1% to 11.8 cents/kWh. On-peak hours are 7:00am to 11:00am, and 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Prices for off-peak hours and mid-peak hours have decreased so for the average home could see a savings of about $1 on the "electricity" line of its bill.
