A major drug sting in Kapuskasing has resulted in the arrest of 13 people. Ten of those have been criminally charged and vehicles, drugs, cash and firearms were seized. It is the result of six months of undercover investigation into an illicit drug trafficking ring by the Kapuskasing Detachment of the OPP and the Drug Enforcement Section of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau. The bust came on March 22^nd, executing seven search warrants, at seven residences in and around Kapuskasing. Among the items seized in the raids were over $16,000 worth of cannabis marijuana, Oxycodone, Percocet pills, morphine, cocaine, over $18,000 in Canadian currency, three motor vehicles and two firearms.
