Driver Charged for Drinking and Driving in Iroquois Falls

OPP has laid two charges on an Iroquois Falls driver following a traffic violation. The officer reports on June 24th, the 33-year-old man allegedly drove right through an intersection without stopping for the stop sign on Church Street. Breath testing confirmed his impairment and an additional charge of having a B.A.C over 80mgs has been laid. He’ll appear at Provincial Court in Timmins on August 14th to deal with his charges.
