It’s not the news parents want to hear. But post mortem findings confirm the identity of the body found along the Ross Stringer trail to be 18-year-old Joshua Depelteau. Joshua has been missing since July 18^th and officers stumbled upon his body during a search of the area. Because the body was partly decomposed, it had to be sent for forensic examination in Toronto. Timmins Police won’t say what the cause of death is, only that foul play is not suspected.
