A publication ban is now in place in the case against 24-year-old Aleisha Block. Block appeared in Superior Court this morning for a bail hearing. Block, dressed in a grey sweater, black pants and a lace top sits quietly, sobbing every now and again as the case moves along. Both Block's and Deighton's family are in court. Block is implicated in the death of her partner 27-year-old Christopher Deighton. The bail hearing isn't likely to finish today and could be continued next week as early as Monday. Block is in court facing a charge of second degree murder.
