Before you cook the ground beef that's in your fridge, you better check if its one of the brands under a recall. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says Edmonton-based XL Foods is recalling the brands Kirkland Signature, Safeway and Calahoo Meats because of possible E.coli contamination. The recall was issued in five provinces including Ontario. No illnesses have been reported.
