First Nations said it first and now a Northern Ontario New Democrat is repeating their concerns on how federal cuts will hurt health services on reserves.  Carol Hughes says contrary to what the federal Tories say about partnering with First Nations, they are ignoring them.  The MP for Algoma Manitoulin Kapuskasing says First Nations already face federal cuts and reducing services further only make things worse.
