YOU NEED TO KNOW: Hamilton Residential Care Facility Owner Arrested

A Hamilton residential care facility owner has been arrested. Danica “Donna” Kozar war arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of assault with a weapon. The alleged assaults occurred in the facility in October and involved two senior residents. The Crimes Against Seniors Unit is continuing their investigation.
