A Hamilton woman convicted of dangerous driving is looking at nine months behind bars. Ontario’s top court decided a suspended sentence and two-year driving ban imposed by the trial judge was too lenient. The Appeal Court has also banned Holly Rawn from driving for five years. Rawn was convicted in 2008 after racing with another vehicle at speeds of 140 kilometres an hour in a residential 50 zone. Seven people were hurt, one of them critically.
