Residents in six rural hamlets in Haldimand County will soon have a chance to learn more about the future look of their towns.  An open house is being held for the Rural Streetscape Plan and Rural Community Improvement Plan.  Haldimand County's Planning and Development Division Manager Mike Evers says the plans focus on York, Byng, Port Maitland, Rainham Centre, Fisherville and Selkirk.  Evers says is it critical for local residents and business owners to come to the meetings and give their input on the developments.  Two information sessions are being held at the Cayuga arena this Wednesday from 2:00pm until 4:00pm and from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
