Moose FM CKLP 103.3 - Parry Sound

The chief climatologist for Environment Canada admits he messed up.  But Dave Phillips notes he's not alone -- most forecasters across Canada and the U-S got it wrong too.  Many predicted last fall that we would have a colder than normal winter.   Meantime it certainly has been a warmer than normal winter so far for Parry Sound.  According to Environment Canada the average temperature on February 1st last year varied from minus 6 to minus 16 degrees.  Today Parry Sound should expect temperatures falling to minus 2 by this afternoon.  For the rest of the week, the coldest day looks like will be tomorrow with a high of minus 5 degrees.
