Moose FM CKNR 94.1 - Elliot Lake

The Elliot Lake Detachment of the OPP is currently investigating a rash of vehicle thefts and attempted vehicle thefts within the City of Elliot Lake.

Police want to remind citizens to:

· Ensure all doors, windows and sunroofs are locked.

· Park in a garage or well lit area.

· Never leave a spare set of keys in the vehicle.

· Remove any property or tools that would entice a thief or facilitate a theft.

· Contact police if you notice suspicious activity in the community.
