Moose FM CKNR 94.1 - Elliot Lake

Elliot Lake city councillor Chris Patrie says a lawsuit has been filed against the Police Services Board and a number of individuals. Patrie tells The Moose he had his lawyers file the paper work this week. Patrie was charged with fraud, uttering a forged document and breach of trust in January of last year, all of the charges were dropped this February. Patrie says the charges brought against him were false and that he and his lawyers believe the police investigation was not handled properly. There is no official comment yet from the police.
